When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred.

First Grade Quality

All products are made of first grade optical crystal and engraved in our factory in Sweden. To guarantee the quality of the products, Crystal of Sweden inspects all products one extra time prior to dispatch to ensure that they are of the highest quality. You can rest assured that all products in our assortment are of the highest quality.


All prices are exclusive of VAT (except Sweden), shipping and if applicable customs. We reserve the right to change our prices due to changes in exchange rates or changes in the world market.


All deliveries are handled by DHL,

We are unable to ship to box addresses.


Normal delivery-time is 4-10 working-days.


All products purchased from Crystal of Sweden have a warranty. The warranty is applicable for 6 months from the date you receive your item. If the customer refers to the warranty and it is judged that the damage depends on bad handling by the customer the customer will pay the costs of any reparation. Our expert staff will in the first place determine the cause of the damage. The customer pays all shipping costs in case of warranty reparations.


When sending back an item you first have to contact us to confirm the intended return. The product is unique and it is not possible to return a flawless product. The return is not completed until we have received and examined the returned goods. When a return is completed the same card you used for the purchase will be credited. We can arrange for safe return shipping by DHL by sending a return shipping document together with a telephone number to DHL which, you can use to contact DHL and let them know a suitable time for collection. If we receive returning goods without confirming the intended return, the goods will be sent back at the customer’s expense. Orders that have been sent out and returned or orders that are not received and returned to us due to the customer not being available for several delivery attempts will be charged 20 euro including VAT for our administration costs. Special customized ordered products are charged the full value.

Card payment

Crystal of Sweden handles secure card payments in collaboration with PayPal, Visa and MasterCard. Card payment is a safe method of payment for you as a customer.

Error on delivery

If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged item or the wrong number of items please contact customer service immediately. The error has to be reported no later than two days after the goods have been received, reports received later will not be taken into consideration.

Transportation damages

If you receive a package with damaged goods please, contact our customer service immediately to arrange for a replacement or compensation. We take every precaution to avoid transportation damages but, in the unlikely event that it occurs we will ensure that you are compensated with a replacement. Visible damage to the shipping package shall be reported directly to DHL when receiving the package. For items that are not received by the customer and returned to us the customer will be charged full shipping costs both ways; namely outward and return shipping, plus an extra charge of 20 euro including VAT for our costs. Special ordered products are charged the full value and onward shipping and return shipping.

Orders that are not delivered due to failure from the recipient

Products that are ordered and not received or are returned to us after several failed delivery attempts or after refused delivery from the recipient will be charged full shipping costs both ways; namely onward and return shipping, plus an extra charge of 20 euro including VAT for our costs. Special ordered products are charged the full value and onward shipping and return shipping.

Confidentiality when handling personal information

When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By registering you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best service you expect from us. According to Swedish law on handling of personal information, you can get an excerpt of all information we have stored about you and, if it is not relevant, you can ask us to delete the information. In case you wish to have the excerpt please contact our customer service.
